The three major components are:
Timber Framing
Light Straw Clay
Foundations/Roof/Finishing
Foundations: Concrete and stone
SIPS: Healthy insulating walls and panels
Roof: Insulation, ventilation, decking, underlayment, metal roofing installation
Finishing: Natural plastering
